Make time for play.

To be silly. To not take yourself so very seriously. To just delight in being goofy, with no agenda.

This was the removable piece of a ‘fake’ sweatshirt from a leather jacket. Our task was to do something silly with it. And that’s that. Thanks friends, for a long weekend that was filled with so much laughter.

I wasn’t going to post these pictures because I’ve been a little confused about what exactly I want to post recently.

I want to offer dreamy pictures of the future retreats I’m leading and I want to continue to explore embodiment and I want to show the beautiful little things that catch my eyes.

I want to encourage you to rest, and to play, and to be in your body.

Ultimately, I want to continue to explore the space of being able to live an authentic and soulful life in all its nuances and all its iterations.

Life doesn’t have a set narrative, or a way things should look.

Worrying about being judged by others prevents us from living the most hilarious and delightful versions of ourselves.

Surround yourself with people who don’t take themselves seriously. Who allow you to be weird.

Get weird. Let it make your life more complete.

Dance goofy, but often.
Eat the foods that make your belly happy.
Move your body, regularly.
Let belly laughs be a form of exercise.

Make time for play.

The end.
