Rome is a city of fairytales and magic
Anyone who has heard me talk about my love for the city (every tourist I’ve ever taken around and most of the rest of y’all too) knows that it can borderline on obsession. So when my friend Louise, (@louise_faulkner1) asked if I’d wake up at 5:30am to have her do my hair and makeup and play dress up all around Rome, I said yes. Pun intended.
But really. I’ve been saying yes to a lot of things this summer and I must admit it’s been pretty liberating. Yes, to spontaneous vacations. Yes, to more time with people I love. Yes, to too many plans for one night. And most certainly yes to getting in a vintage Volkswagen and traipsing around Rome in wedding dresses while pretending like I’m a model.
