A perfect and unassuming golden hour ✨

La grande bellezza. Little shivers up your spine cause it’s just so damn perfect and fleeting and the colors change every two seconds until they fade to twilight. The temporary nature of those bright almost-neon colors and the way the cloud looks like it is glowing too. And the shadows of terrace plants dancing on the side of the wall. Oh, right, and Rome down below and the age of the buildings and the sensation that yes, really everything is temporary and we’re lucky to get a chance to look around and observe and appreciate so let’s do so shall we? The whole thing was a fleeting visual treat that I’d like to bottle up and hold onto forever, but that’s not how it works and I’m okay with that too.
