Ummm. Real talk:

-I can’t believe this is all real footage from retreats I’ve led around Italy 🇮🇹
-I can’t believe I’ve led three retreats this month 🫠
-I can’t believe the badass women (and some men too) that I’ve gotten to meet and work with and learn from 🫶
-I can’t believe just how much can happen when we trust and believe in our own transformation 🌟

I’m obsessed with teaching the joy of movement, pleasure, rest, and trusting the (damn) process. And that’s, well, that’s it.
