It’s December!

Eat the pasta. Be in soft clothes. Be in softness. Don’t compare your life to life you see on social media. Remember your magic. Create your own holiday traditions. Say no thank you to tradition. Express yourself fully and deeply and wholeheartedly. Stay playful, too.

Remember there aren’t rules. Remember most of this is made up. Take care of your heart 🫶

This world is a playground where we get to throw spaghetti on the wall and see what sticks and when we feel stuck (we will) or directionless (we’re not) or like we simply need a break from everything (you probably do) we’re allowed to abandon that handful of spaghetti and move on to another one.

Recognizing the importance of rest and play is one thing, but really committing to them as *daily* practices?? That’s something totally different.

I have to continually invest in my own sense of wonder and play. I constantly find myself returning to head-y thinking patterns. Constantly. Like almost every single day. My relationship to my body and my thoughts is constantly being pushed forward and around, stirred around on the plate of my life.

What is real is the connection we have to ourselves and to others around us. Hold on to the sweetness of that. Have a joyous December ✨

My December news?
-I have TWO embodiment events:

🇮🇹 December 10 in Rome // 16.30-18.00 at @theplexus.it
🇺🇸 December 16 in Asheville // 4-6pm at @westashevilleyoga

And! I’m about to launch my *second* retreat featuring @ladygroove (the magical woman behind this pasta worship picture). It’s going to be in Italy. And it’s going to be late summer. There will be estate italiana moments (Italian summer) and wine tasting and frolicking in the fields of Tuscany and returning back to our beautiful bodies and so much more. Send me a message if you want info!!
