Sprezzatura is what makes American travelers fall in love with Italy. Everything is just so, it’s effortlessly elegant 🇮🇹

The fashion, the way they dine, the way they drink wine, the ability to relax and rest and live in the present.

The nonchalance is intoxicating.

I want to bottle it up and gift it to Americans. Gift it. I don’t think I’ve reinvented the wheel. I want *you* to understand that like Dorothy, you’ve had the power inside you all along.

Wellness is simply being well. You don’t have to try so hard. You don’t *have* to buy a million products or creams or potions, you don’t *have* to have a perfect supplement schedule or a daily workout routine that you follow to a T. I promise.

I’m starting to run more retreats in the states and my main goal is to create a space of wellness, Italian style.

To create a space where yoga and smoothies and embodiment meet drinking wine at lunchtime (if you want to) and community and sitting and laughing and talking for hours, with little to no agenda.

You deserve it.

Allow yourself rest. Allow yourself to retreat from the world, wherever you are.

To be real: it starts with taking five minutes a day to do nothing. With enjoying the taste of your coffee instead of chugging it down. With taking an extra minute to put on lipstick because you deserve it. With a little bit of #sprezzatura.
