Be present. Bliss is unstructured time on bright sunny days ✨

…And I think that’s it. The noticing and APPRECIATING LITTLE THINGS leads to the bigger things. Move slower through life. Look around. Appreciate textures and colors and sensations a little more.

Go offline.

Today’s loving reminder: YOU ARE WORTHY.

You are worth investing your own time and energy and effort into. Worth a slow unwrapping. Worth taking a pause, a break, a moment to rest. You are worth YOUR OWN LOVE. You deserve to experience joy and bliss.

The little things aren’t so little.

I’ve been struggling with what to post. With taking this all “seriously”, with thinking about algorithms and the nuance of online time. I know a lot of us feel the same way.

And at the same time, everything is happening. My life has been filled to the brim with magical, reaffirming moments and I’ve been LIVING OUT LOUD, offline.

Creating and incubating and collaborating and living. Teaching yoga and coaching and planning retreats {links in bio wink, wink) and constantly feeling like maybe I’m not doing enough, re-looking at my life and realizing I am.

I’ve been having a funny resistance to sharing it online.

Maybe it’s the ‘state of the world’.

Or the fact that the MAGIC happens in offline time.

Maybe it’s just screen time fatigue. I’ve been stepping away from caring about consistency online. I’m staying even more consistent in my real in-the-flesh life.

I’m reminding myself that life happens in seasons.

And I thought I’d remind you, too: YOU deserve to find your bliss. YOU are worthy of love and pleasure and rest and peace.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed or like you don’t know what next steps are, step away from everything for a minute.

It’s okay. This is your PERMISSION. If it feels forced, it probably is. Be patient while you seek it. Let yourself incubate.

It’s winter in the northern hemisphere, allow yourself to rest.

You’re worthy, and you’re doing it right 🫶
