-Preaching rest to y’all (thanks for every single one of you has reached out and thanked me for encouraging slow down time) …and then paddling like a mallard duck as I try to keep up with all the exciting things happening/that will happen in 2024

Honestly, it almost feels trite/cliché but truly:

Decide what kind of life you want, and then let go of everything (everything!) that isn’t in alignment with that.
