Oh me?

Just juggling a half dozen part/full time jobs whilst also taking as much time as humanly possible to be in the sea

I’ve had the most incredible roster of delightful things happening in my life over the past few months and I am grateful, oh so grateful.

Trying to balance out this whole life thing, and trying to also really be present for this, my second annual “official” estate italiana (which basically just means I work less and enjoy more, a delicious little habit I’ve picked up from my adopted country after 10 whole years spending most of the summer working).

In the meantime I’m also trying to- you know- get 8 hours of sleep a night. Do 1-2 hours of yoga practice each day. Eat healthy, but also have fun and indulge when I can/want to. Drink at least 3x more water than I think I want to cause it’s too hot. Have fun and forget about all the rules (are there ever really rules anyway?). Get prepared for all the beautiful upcoming trips and retreats I have planned. And then the long game? I’m also starting to prepare for a very exciting course I’ll be starting this fall- all about using our body and somatic movement to work through what we’re going through. Which basically means, trying my best to prepare for all that by staying embodied.

And? Rinse and repeat!
