“You can be the ripest, juiciest {fig} in the world, and there's still going to be somebody who hates {figs}.”
@ditavonteese

One of the hardest lessons I have ever had to learn is that not everyone has to like me.

And I don’t mean just romantically, or just socially, or even just professionally— I mean, in general, it’s okay if there are people who don’t like the figs I’m offerin’

I’ve worked in service and hospitality in various forms for over half of my life. In hospitality, it’s literally your job to provide services, which translates to being liked.

Working for a company or an agency comes with a whole other set of responsibilities these days— we have to think about TripAdvisor, google reviews, 5-star #blackmirror style commentary that can make or break you, every single day.

And so. This isn’t actually a commentary on the degradation of society (I’ll spare ya!), but rather on the simple fact that the less I try to constantly be aware of other people’s needs, the more time and space I have to actually tune into what matters to *me* and then it goes full circle, cause what truly matters to me is: YOU.

Whoever you are, reading this now, whatever you’re going through (or maybe you’re not even sure how to name it).

I wanna help you find your sticky spots so you can live a more whole life.

So you can thrive.

I’d love to help you find the little things that are holding ya back from that.

In somatic coaching, what matters to me isn’t that you ‘like’ me, but that we click together in a way that benefits *your* growth.
