It’s cozy season in Rome 🍷

I’ve been really trying to figure out what/how I want to share on here. In case you hadn’t noticed, I’ve been dialing up the “spiciness” factor recently because I have been ridiculously excited about the women and the retreats and the embodiment and all the things.

Oh, and the nakedness 🤭

When I turn up the non-vanilla aspect of my life online, I consistently lose followers. Like by the dozens. And I want to *not* be affected by it, but I am. At least a little.

Showing up as authentically us is scary and weird and nuanced. There’s never enough time or images to represent the full spectrum of who we are online.

So today, in honor of Rome, in gratitude for a life where there’s truffle pasta and red wine, with so so much love for the people in my life who I share plates of pasta with, and remembering a Rachel a few short years ago who rarely allowed herself to indulge in this meal: here’s the Italy content ya know and love ✨

This is my life. Sometimes it’s green juice. Sometimes it’s ceremonial cacao. Sometimes it’s cacio e pepe con tartufo and wine.

And it’s all welcome here. All of you is allowed to show up. All of it.

My (current) mission in life is to give women permission to be who they already are.

Eat the pasta.
Post gratuitous nudes on the internet.
Be playful.
Don’t take life too seriously.
There are no rules.
I love y’all 🫶
