Final Italy retreat of 2024 ☀️

It was in Puglia, at @larosadei4venti where we were spoiled and treated like queens. Grazie!

This one was one for the books. What a beautiful group of women. What an example of ease and grace and effortlessness. What a show off Puglia was. What a gorgeous retreat center (!!!)

These are a few captures. We did a lot of yoga and embodiment too, truly we did 🧘‍♀️

Here are some other moments. A couple things that make me go “mmm”. Many of them are courtesy of the magnificent women who were on the retreat. I’m realizing more and more how much “vibe attracts tribe” “like attracts like”, etc.

I am so grateful. Thanks to the 8 beautiful women who explored both Puglia and themselves with us this week 💛

Most of all a deep and humble bow to the magnificent @katherine.girling whom I learn from, grow with, and belly laugh with every time we’re together. Thanks for being my forever teacher and a damn good friend, too 💛
