Let Your Body Speak // Sicily, Italy // 2024

I have been marinating and basking in the afterglow of one of the most transformative experiences I have ever led, and I am so damn proud of each of the women who showed up and attended.

More than that though, I am grateful.

Grateful for their trust.
Grateful for the gift of sharing honestly and openly.
Grateful for all the teachers I’ve had in this lifetime (official and unofficial).
Grateful to Italy for providing a special kind of magic 🪄

This post is simply a thank you.

I wrote this one morning while contemplating the previous evenings shares:

“They are sharing so generously. So openly. So willingly. I am growing and so are they. I want to surrender, too. But really. This is all of it. I’m living my ikigai and it is gorgeous and glorious and lucky and charmed as f**k.”

That’s it.
