Um what? Is this real life? Feeling all the feelings at the magnificence that is this group of human beings who are sharing this week with Laura Talafer and me. Six months ago, I don’t think I could’ve imagined we’d get to be here and it actually feels like a literal dream come true.

Doing my best to follow her majesty Pema’s advice and remember that all we ever have is the present moment. I must admit, this setting and this scenery make it a little bit easier. I’m lying. They make it way easier.

Grateful and present and in awe at life is kinda all I’ve got for y’all right now.
