Grateful and just a tiny bit exhausted ✨

I’ve been tour guiding in Rome, like a lot. I’ve been teaching my regular yoga students, too. I’ve been socializing and I’ve also been cancelling plans cause I’m too exhausted. I’ve been seeking balance after a two year pause that was so deliciously filled with growth that I can hardly quantify it.

To be honest? Like really honest? I kinda forgot what my “messaging” was/is on here. I have no problem telling people that I’m multi-hyphenate and multi-passionate but on here it feels diluted and a little cliche.

Am I a tour guide? A wellness retreat leader? Am I a writer? Or am I a body-oriented coach? Am I a yoga teacher?

So. This picture. This is the face of a girl who just finished a cooking class with @petra_kouzina last year in Santorini 🇬🇷

And it’s also the face of a girl who’s leading another retreat in Santorini NEXT MONTH (!!!)
