Simplicity 🍑

My August (we’re 2/3 in) has felt simple, and yet so far from it. It feels rather indulgent to say that—considering I got to stay (for free) at a Four Seasons and travel to Greece and go to the beach in Argentario and spend so much time with people I love.

I also spent nearly a week mostly alone, which I haven’t done in a while and it felt good. I mean, it was awful, I had acute tonsillitis, I was lonely and there were moments of ick and isolation— but now, on the other side: I’m SO proud I did it. A tiny personal obstacle conquered.

There was a time (just two years ago) where sharing anything personal (like ‘I was lonely’) on Instagram felt like a revelation and really ground-breaking. And scary. So scary to reveal myself. So scary to catastrophize about what other people would say.

Now? I feel like there’s not a lot I can say on here that’s revolutionary and I’m in the process of moving these longer musings to a #substacknewsletter cause that’s what people who write a lot do these days (and I’m a person who writes a lot).

What I know is: my desire for #simplicity beats most other things right now, and my vision (right now) is me and all those peaches and baking a pie with crust made from flour sourced from some ancient grain.

Are you trying to figure out what your vision is? That’s where I come in.

My mission is to help you be who you truly are (she’s amazing, I just know it!)

I don’t coach women who are looking for instant results or one singular a-ha moment.

I coach women who, like me, are curious about the nuances of life and want to figure out what their insides feel like and want to explore being allowed to be exactly who they already are.

I’m not taking new clients ‘til September, but you can send me a msg if you’re curious for more info.

That’s all, simple ☀️
