A few thoughts
-this weekend I’m cohosting a retreat with @morganickitchen in Tuscany, it is surreal that I get to work with one of my best friends in this capacity. She is an inspiration, a shiny light and a damn good cook too. I feel very lucky
-it’s our first retreat of the year, which feels appropriate since the astrological new year starts tomorrow and and and
-our theme for the weekend is bloom 🌺
-bloom and grow and blossom like flowers emerging from cold frosty ground after the winter
-tomorrow is the first day of Spring!
-life is super crazy and intense and bizarre these days and yet it’s also filled with beauty
-there is so much beauty in the little things, the tiny things

Can you feel it too? The doubt and the invitation to hold steady. To breathe deep. To breathe big. To think and dream big. The desire beyond words to bloom?
