Still pretty in awe that this is my life ✨

This was the 12th retreat I’ve helped to lead since I started doing this thing in September 2020 (what timing, right?)

As the world erupts in chaos and there is so much pain and so much suffering and so much hurt, it feels really lovely to know that there are still so so so many good (great, better than great) humans in this world who want to improve themselves and the world around them.

They are the reason I keep leading these and their ability (though it may falter at times) to be accepting and loving towards themselves exactly where and how they are continues to inspire me every single day.

Of all the things I love and all the passions I have, I truly love humans the most 🫶
